A concrete commitment to a zero-impact Festival

Vision

The Festival's commitment to the environment

Building on the experience of the last edition, already certified as an Eco-Event by Legambiente, the Mediterranean Festival of Sacred Music continues to apply and improve rigorous sustainability protocols to reduce the environmental footprint of every single scheduled concert.

Reducing environmental impact also means optimizing image sizes and choosing responsible IT infrastructures. The Mediterranean Festival of Sacred Music has chosen Green-certified hosting to reduce CO2 emissions derived from web browsing.

“Sustainability is the condition of development capable of ensuring the satisfaction of the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own.”

Environment

Reducing the impact on the territory without exceeding nature's capacity for regeneration is a concrete mission for us. During the Festival, we eliminate single-use plastics, optimize consumption with LED technologies, and manage dedicated ecological stations at every location. To drastically reduce paper consumption, we have chosen to replace paper programs with digital systems via QR codes. Through these best practices, we raise awareness among our audience toward virtuous and respectful behaviors for the planet.

Social

Social

Promoting fair, democratic, and inclusive living conditions is a central objective of our event. The Mediterranean Festival of Sacred Music serves as an active platform for spreading the values of legality, peace, and solidarity. We support projects dedicated to the protection of human rights and social equality, transforming every event into an opportunity for dialogue. We believe that music is the ideal tool to unite classes and genders, fostering a deeper understanding between different cultures and faiths.

Economy

Economy

Enhancing the local economy means building lasting partnerships with local associations and businesses. Our strategy aims to generate synergistic development, promoting local employment and reducing all forms of waste of economic resources. We encourage short supply chains and responsible collaborations, transforming cultural investment into a concrete resource for the community. Supporting the talent and professionalism of our land is, for us, the most effective way to guarantee a solid future for the Festival.
